Chilling in Belgium

Today is a kick back day. Slept in till 11 and have been enjoying the rain in the comfort of Michelle and her husband's house. Got my earphones on listening to Harry Nilsson (thanks to Johnny ).

Here are a few pictures of Brussels that I haven't shared yet.

Everard 't Serclaes statue. Died defending Brussels in 1388. Touching the statue's arm is supposed to bring good luck.
And one of the most impressive discoveries of the day, a hotel that has an actual detachable shower head!

    Did you touch the statue's arm?!?! How beautiful. I feel like Brussels is a good place to listen to Harry Nilsson, yes?

      Of course I touched the statues arm! You think luck just falls out of trees? Listening to "The Point" is the absolutely perfect soundtrack for touring these ancient cities!
